Aragon Tavern’s story begins with a name - and a connection to the people who raise the food we serve.
Our namesake, Aragon, was the first Piedmontese bull who started the herd. Today, that connection carries through to our kitchen, where Certified Piedmontese beef is at the heart of a menu shaped by seasonal ingredients, familiar favorites and thoughtful preparation.
We believe a memorable meal is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s the welcome when you arrive, the care behind the service and the feeling that you’re exactly where you want to be.
That’s what we’re building at Aragon: a place with Nebraska hospitality at its heart and its own character in downtown Lincoln. Somewhere you can make an occasion of getting together - or simply enjoy an ordinary day a little more.
